Organizers at Windsor Park Nordic Centre are waxing lyrical.

The centre, located at 10 Des Meurons St., is currently holding weekly wax clinics for community members on Saturdays at 1 p.m. and Mondays at 7 p.m.

The 30-minute interactive wax clinics are intended to discuss the basics of glide waxing and grip waxing, and address any questions from attendees, organizers say. Just bring your skis, questions and wax.

The clinics cost $5 or are free for season pass holders. Call 204-253-9236 or email windsorpark@ccsam.ca to register or just drop in.
