Art show in St. James

Calling all St. James-Assiniboia area artists — here’s your chance to show off your best work.

The St. James Art Club is hosting its 45th annual juried art show from Oct. 19 to 20 at St. Andrews Anglican Church (2700 Portage Ave.). The competition is open to artists either living in the area or belonging to art clubs in the neighbourhood.

Application forms can be picked up at the St. James Civic Centre (2055 Ness Ave.), Artists Emporium (1610 St. James St.), and various St. James libraries. Forms can also be picked up from SJAC members.

The deadline for entries is Oct. 9. Contact Donalda Johnson at 204-832-5590 for more information.
