Healthy Living, Seniors and Consumer Affairs Minister Jim Rondeau (left) and Canadian Tire store dealer Russell Unilowsky unload 100 booster seats being donated to Regional Health Authorities across Manitoba. Starting Aug. 8, the new provincial law states that children must use booster seats until they are 145 cm (4’9") tall, 36 kg (80 lbs.), or nine years old.
