The Sagkeeng Spay/Neuter Initiative Program is celebrating its second year anniversary Feb. 8 at the Wildewood Club.
SSNIP is a volunteer-based dog rescue based in Sagkeeng First Nation working to spay and neuter wild dogs to prevent overpopulation in the area.
The event, at 761 North Dr., will feature an adoption fair, silent auction, and 50/50 draw. It will run from noon to 4 p.m. and everyone is welcome.
