Corydon Chiropractic Center is hosting Get Up & Move every Thursday morning at 7 a.m. until August in Enderton Park.
The free fitness classes are 45-minutes long and open to everyone. All ages and fitness levels are welcome, but participants should bring water and a yoga mat (if you have one).
The classes are led by Dr. Kristen Mitteness, a chiropractor as well as a CrossFit and Yoga Sculpt instructor.
Enderton Park (a.k.a. Peanut Park) is located in Crescentwood, bounded by Harvard Avenue to the north, Yale Avenue to the south and Ruskin Row and Avonherst Street on the east and west, respectively.
Others are welcome to lead a class as long as they are a qualified fitness, coach, or yoga instructor.
