The Manitoba Marathon is set to go this Father’s Day — Sun., June 16 — but you still have a few hours to register.
Registration closes tonight (Wed., June 12) at midnight for the marathon, which supports 26 different charities including The Children’s Wish Foundation, Visions of Independence, and the Dream Factory.
The race starts at the University of Manitoba campus and heads north on Pembina Highway in a clockwise circle through Fort Garry, River Heights, along Portage Avenue, then heading south through St. Vital to the finish line at U of M.
Race time is 7 a.m. with pre-race check in from 5:45- 6:30 a.m.
