Canstar Community News is pleased to welcome Steph Crosier to its editorial team. Steph joins us from Loyalist College in
Belleville, Ont., from which she recently graduated.
Hello Sou’wester readers,
I’m so excited to be your new community reporter. This is my first full-time, "grown-up" job, but I have completed internships at the Hamilton Spectator and the Winnipeg Free Press.
Though I’m young I feel I have the expertise and drive to provide you with the news you want to read about. While at Canstar I will not only be reporting on events and people in The Sou’wester area, I will also be working with the rest of the team to revitalize the canstarnews.com website.
In time, we hope to bring you video, audio, up-to-the minute updates and all the stories you love. In my spare time I enjoy hockey, volley ball, and watching movies. During my short time here in Winnipeg I’ve grown to love the people and Assiniboine Park.
Please don’t hesitate to contact me at steph.crosier@canstarnews.com or by calling me at 204-697-7150.
I am also on Twitter: @souwesterWPG
And I can be found on facebook, too: facebook.com/TheSouwesterWPG
I look forward to hearing from you.
