On July 2, the officers and members of the newly organized Manitoba Senior DeMolay met at the Rainbow Stage parking lot for their monthly regular meeting.
When an active member of the fraternal Order of DeMolay reaches of 21 years old he automatically becomes a senior DeMolay.The Order of DeMolay is for young men aged 12 to 21.
The Manitoba Senior DeMolay was dorganized and dedicated to honour the late Poy Gomez, who was a very active Order of DeMolay member.
Before his death, Gomez was a Senior DeMolay and a master Mason.
The current officers of the Manitoba Senior DeMolay are: Arnel Thomas Lee, president; Nhono Fabian, vice president; Jhon Noza, secretary; King Tabing, treasurer; and Noel Regalado, adviser.
Other members present were Relly Amador; Miki Tabing; Benjie Cortez; Arnel Bahian; Clyde Bacalla; Marius Corpuz; Adrian Olavario and Melvin Domingo.
At present the group has 25 active members. It meets on the third Saturday Saturday of every month.
