Council candidate's mother ballyhoos son in robocall

WINNIPEG - Fort Rouge candidate Ian Rabb is bringing out the big guns: His momma.

Rabb has just launched another round of robocalls featuring his mother, Sheila, who touts her son’s ability to seek out opportunities and deal with challenges.

"Ian listens and advocates for what's right," says Sheila Rabb.

A previous round of robocalls from Rabb criticized Gerbasi for voting against Mayor Sam Katz.

Ian Rabb is challenging Coun. Jenny Gerbasi for the ward, which includes West Broadway, Osborne Village and Fort Rouge.
