For the past 39 years at Birds Hill Park a special connection forms between strangers, families and friends in July.
It's that Folk Fest feeling.
It's not easy to explain to those who haven't been. But it doesn't take long to recognize the community, the sunsets, the whale's tails, the dancing, and the bubbles.
And everyone loves bubbles.
