Winnipeg Free Press - ONLINE EDITION
D'n'D Improv IV
The man-blades are already flashing and the blood is soon to flow, so make sure you find some way to get tickets to this uproarious (and usually sold-out) comedy show. This year, all 15 regular cast members are back for the fourth fringe edition of the fully improvised adventure, and their effortless comedic chemistry keeps getting better.
Here’s what’s interesting: for all the laughs and goofy bloodbaths, you end up really caring about these characters. So in 2012, will neutered Mr. Smittens (Toby Hughes) find his stolen balls? Will mopey minotaur and Ricki Lake look-alike Steve (Marc Evans) get a labyrinth that isn’t just two lefts, and a right? Stay tuned — and if you miss an episode in person, look for them online at DnDimprov.com.
