Fans of the first two instalments of Joseph Aragon’s Illuminati musicals will be pleased as punch with Illuminati 3: The End of the World. What Illuminati conspiracy would be complete without tangoing Nazis, evil robots, epic space battles, the discovery of Shambhala and proof of the multiverse?

The amateur cast is a bit uneven and there are some issues with the volume of the backing tracks versus solo vocalists, but even those issues can’t put a damper on the campy fun. As the android Echelon, the show’s standout Kami Desilets counterbalances any problems with her savvy skills (she also choreographed the show). Joseph Aragon’s fine tunes and over-the-top story make Illuminati 3 silly, hummable fun for all.
