These mischievous puppets and their human handlers will charm your socks off, even if you’re way old enough to tie your own shoes.
The Saskatoon trio’s big bag of Munschies boasts six stories by beloved children’s author Robert Munsch, 35 multicultural, Muppet-style stars, an engaging live narrator, and enough giggles and gasp-inducing action to keep your bum glued to its seat.
Guess what happens when Angela ends up alone inside an airplane? Or when Aaron tells his hair that he hates it? How do her parents finally get snoring Amy out of bed?
There are some masterful puppeteers and colourful characters — who move and emote in amazing ways, and with a fun range of accents — waiting to tell you. A 60-minute sweet treat that beats a juice box and a bag of mini-doughnuts any day. (Moms, dads, and inner children will appreciate it, too.)
