They sell out all their shows, but whether you beg, borrow or steal a ticket, you simply must find some way to get inside this Outside Joke. (Well, except for the stealing part. Stealing is bad.)

Featuring the talents of six of Winnipeg’s most accomplished improv stars, Outside Joke spins audience suggestions into a brisk hour of off-the-wall comedy and magical musical moments. There are no weak links in this troupe, most of whom also star in the D’n’D Improv Show, but the standouts will vary: on Friday night, Andrea del Campo and Jane Testar (Hot Thespian Action) were dazzling and drop-dead funny as they made up the story of a 38-year-old Parisian lawyer who is secretly a child. Don’t ask; just go with it, and laugh.
