Fizzy the clown wants to surprise her husband-to-be with a threesome, so she holds a casting call for potential thirds.

On Thursday night, three women in the audience actually volunteered for the audience participation part, and then stole the show, especially the winner, Joelle. To her credit, Fordyce had a gentle, innocent way of cajoling the women into revealing very intimate details about themselves and doing awkward, sexy things as part of their audition for the threesome.

But after that, the show falters badly. Too much scuttling around for props and long text-message interludes with Fizzy’s fiancé sapped the show’s energy. Unadulterated Love’s disintegration was complete with a lip-synched song at the end that seemed endless and pointless. Got a huge standing ovation in an almost full house Thursday, though.
