Hudson Friesen MJHL player of week

WINNIPEG — Hudson Friesen of the Selkirk Steelers is the Recycle Everywhere Manitoba Junior Hockey League Player of the Week for action ending Sunday.

Friesen, a 19-year-old from Oakbank, recorded four goals and five points in two victories for the Steelers, helping the team extend its winning streak to three games.

Runners-up for the award were Tyler Grove of the OCN Blizzard and Zack Waldvogel of the Portage Terriers.
