Oak Park won both its games today and will be the winner of Pool B. Also moving forward to the semifinal round on Saturday are the Morden Thunder, who defeated River East in a shootout this afternoon.

Tonight, the Kodiaks made them work for it, going to the third period tied 1-1, but the Raiders had a soft, wrist-shot goal by Alex Peterson early in the third, then some power-play insurance from Dylan Zeke to record the win.

Oak Park captain Tyson Bannatyne and River East’s Tyler Hall had traded power-play goals in the first period.

The other two semifinalists will be determined by the result of tonight’s John Taylor-Stonewall contest in Pool A.
