Bomber tickets for new stadium going on sale to general public

Tickets for the inaugural 2013 season at Investors Group Field go on sale to the general public Monday at 8:30 a.m., the Winnipeg Blue Bombers announced today.

Here’s the release the team just sent out:

The Winnipeg Blue Bombers are pleased to announce that season tickets for the inaugural season at Investors Group Field will be on sale to the general public beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, December 3, 2012. The brand new, state-of-the-art facility will open its doors for the 2013 CFL season and will feature two – HD video boards, expanded seats with extended leg room, a family section, a great variety of concessions and an enhanced game day experience.

"Investors Group Field will be something to marvel at, and we look forward to inviting new season ticket holders to experience this once in lifetime opportunity as we begin a new era of Blue Bomber football," said President and CEO Garth Buchko.

Great seats are still available, and season tickets begin as low as $200. These can be purchased by calling 204-784-7448, visiting the Bomber Office at 1465 Maroons Road (Canad Inns Stadium), or visit www.bluebombers.com.
