Winnipeg Mayor Sam Katz hopes the Bombers win.

If it's late November it must be time for bets between mayors over football.

Mayor Sam Katz has made a bet with Hamilton Mayor Bob Bratina that the Winnipeg Blue Bombers will defeat the Hamilton Ticats this Sunday -- as they did back in 2001. Katz has said he will donate $360 to KidSport Manitoba to help more youth get involved in sport if the Bombers win.

If the Bombers lose, Katz said he will donate $360 to the charity of Bratina's choice, Operation Santa Clause, in memory of Jimmy Lomax.
