It's official: Sheridan to Stamps

  • Print

Former Bomber offensive lineman Matt Sheridan has found a new home with the Calgary Stampeders.

Sheridan, the 32-year-old University of Manitoba product, spent eight years with the Bombers before being released after the 2008 season.

He did not play last season. Twice named the team’s top offensive lineman (in 2004 and 2005), Sheridan was occasionally brilliant for the Bombers but also fought through a series of injuries that kept him out of the lineup.
