"Ø"Ø ABOUT THE HABS

The Habs are on a two-game win streak -- 3-0 over Carolina, 4-1 in Boston -- but are just 4-6 in their last 10, heading into Saturday afternoon's home game against Tampa.

Montreal has played 387 consecutive home games in front of a sellout crowd (356 in the regular season and 31 in the playoffs). The last non-sellout game was played on Jan. 8, 2004 (against Tampa Bay).

The Canadiens will play back-to-back home games against the Bolts and Jets Saturday and Sunday. They are 6-3-1 in the first games so far this year; 5-5-0 in the second.

Montreal will have eight players represented at the Winter Olympics in Sochi: Carey Price and P.K. Subban, Canada; Tomas Plekanec, Czech Republic; Peter Budaj, Slovakia; Alexei Emelin and Andrei Markov, Russia; Raphael Diaz, Switzerland and Max Pacioretty, U.S.

Subban is in the top five among NHL defencemen in scoring with 37 points (8G, 29A).
