BOTTOM SIX:
Winnipeg's bottom two lines had only combined for five goals coming into this trip but have two in the last three games. "Our top guys have carried us pretty much the whole way and when they are struggling it's our job to come in and help out a little bit. That's what we've done the last few games," said Jim Slater. "If you get in the playoffs, that's usually what happens is that the third and fourth lines are the lines that can get you through some games. That's what we have to do now."
UP NEXT:
Winnipeg wraps up its four-game road trip in New Jersey against the Devils Sunday.
