-- The Hurricanes have lost five in a row and are 4-5-1 in their last 10. Carolina is 15-13-2 for 32 points after 30 games. They have three games in hand on the Jets. The Hurricanes have not played since last Thursday, a 4-1 loss to the New Jersey Devils.
