ABOUT THE PANTHERS

DEBUTS: Right-winger Jon Rheault was the fifth player this season to make his NHL debut for the Panthers. He did it Tuesday against the Jets. Others making thier NHL debut for Florida this season include Jonathan Huberdeau, Drew Shore, Quinton Howden and Mike Caruso.

 

FARMHANDS: The Panthers are using nine players who have seen action in at least one game with their AHL affiliate in San Antonio this season. Drew Shore, Colby Robak, Nolan Yonkman, Tyson Strachan, Mike Santorelli, Erik Gudbranson, Mike Caruso, Jon Rheault and goalie Jacob Markstrom all have Rampage games under their belt this season.

 

OUT OF THE BOX: For just the fifth time in Panthers history, the team went an entire game without being penalized Tuesday night against Winnipeg. The last time that occurred was Oct. 11, 2010 at Vancouver.
