Transcona returns to MMJHL, league back to 10 teams
The Manitoba Major Junior Hockey League announced Thursday that the Transcona team is returning to the league for the 2012/2013 season.
The MMJHL will be back to 10 teams.
There will be an announcement about the Transcona team name and jerseys on March 22.
The former Transcona Railers operated from 1983 up until September 10, 2011 when the team disbanded due to lack of players.
