OHL Roundup: Stolarz makes 30 saves as London Knights down Erie Otters 3-1

ERIE, Pa. - Anthony Stolarz made 30 saves Wednesday as the London Knights defeated the Erie Otters 3-1 in the Ontario Hockey League.

The Knights played without three key regulars — defenceman Scott Harrington and forwards Seth Griffith and Matt Rupert. Griffith, who has missed the past month with a hand injury, and Rupert have a combined 59 goals and 128 points this season.

Fellow rookie Paxton Leroux had an assist on the goal for his first career point.

The Otters finally broke through Stolarz and the Knights' defence midway through the third on a short-handed goal from Crisp, his 22nd of the campaign.

Erie had a chance at another short-handed goal late in the game, but Stolarz stopped Otters rookie Connor McDavid in close.
