QMJHL Roundup: Droun leads Halifax in 5-2 win over Acadie-Bathurst

NHL prospect Jonathan Drouin scored and added two assists as the Halifax Mooseheads got past the Acadie-Bathurst Titan 5-2 in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League action on Monday.

Drouin's three points gives him 101 on the season and puts him into a three-way tie with Josh Currie and Ben Duffy for the league's scoring lead. Drouin now has 40 goals in 46 games this season.

Martin Frk scored twice for the Mooseheads (55-6-4), who have picked up at least one point in 14 straight games to clinch.

Stefan Fournier and Andrew Ryan, while shorthanded, also scored for Halifax, while Zachary Fucale made 27 saves.

Patrik Zdrahal and Christophe Lalancette each scored their 18th goals of the season for the Titan (25-34-7).

The Mooseheads were without forward Nathan MacKinnon, who sat out with an injury. MacKinnon has 28 goals and 69 points in 41 games.
