Ailing Lecavalier shelved by Bolts

TAMPA, Fla. -- Tampa Bay Lightning centre Vincent Lecavalier is out indefinitely because of an undisclosed lower-body injury.

The Lightning placed the star forward on the injured list Thursday before they hosted the New York Islanders.

Lecavalier, who has seven goals and 22 points in 26 games this season, was hurt Tuesday night in a game at Florida.

-- The Boston Bruins signed forward Anthony Camara to an entry-level contract Thursday.

Camara has 36 goals and 24 assists in 48 games this season with Barrie Colts of the Ontario Hockey League.

The 6-foot, 190-pound Toronto native was selected in the third round, No. 81 overall, by Boston in the 2011 NHL entry draft.
