3rd-tier club Leyton Orient takes legal action against West Ham moving into Olympic Stadium
LONDON - The future of London's Olympic Stadium has been thrown into further doubt after third-tier club Leyton Orient went to court to prevent West Ham from moving into the arena.
Leyton Orient was one of the bidders rejected by the London Legacy Development Corporation when it selected West Ham in December as the "preferred partner" for the 486 million pound ($783 million) stadium in east London.

Orient chairman Barry Hearn says Wednesday there was a "fundamental flaw of the bidding process" and he has asked London's High Court to issue a judicial review of the case.
The LLDC says Orient's move is "disappointing" and the "challenge is misconceived."
Final commercial terms have yet to be agreed between West Ham and the development body.
The original deal with West Ham collapsed in 2011 following legal challenges from Tottenham and Leyton Orient.
