Kingston, Ontario to host the 2015 Canadian figure skating championships

KINGSTON, Ont. - Kingston, Ontario has been named host of the 2015 Canadian figure skating championships.

The Jan. 17-25 event at the Rogers K-Rock Centre marks the first time Kingston has hosted the national championship. Skate Canada International was held there in 2010.

The championships will determine the Canadian teams for the 2015 world championships, the 2015 ISU Four Continents championships, and the 2015 world junior championships.

Some 250 skaters at the senior, junior and novice level will compete.
