Ryan Harris helps Queensland Bulls to domestic one-day title with 2-run win over Victoria

MELBOURNE, Australia - Ryan Harris snared four wickets, including two on the last two deliveries, to guide Queensland to a two-run victory over Victoria in the rain-shortened Australian limited-overs final at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on Wednesday.

Victoria won the toss and sent Queensland in to bat, then restricted the visitors to 146-9 in 32 overs after a lengthy break for rain.

The Bulls took early wickets before Peter Handscomb (42) and Cameron White (28) restored the innings and put Victoria on course for a win. After Alistair McDermott (3-49) took a wicket in the penultimate over, Victoria had two wickets in hand and needed five runs off the last six balls to win.

Harris (4-26) removed Clint McKay (18) and Fawad Ahmed (0) to seal the victory with two balls to spare.
