Sri Lanka wins toss and bats first in the 2nd Pakistan test

COLOMBO, Sri Lanka - Sri Lanka has won the toss and elected to bat first in the second and final test against Pakistan at Sinhalese Sports Club on Thursday.

The match will be 149th and final test match for former captain Mahela Jayawardene.

Sri Lanka was forced to replace fast bowler Shaminda Eranga and middle-order batsman Kithruwan Vithanage due to injuries, bringing in Lahiru Thirimanne and Chanaka Welegedara.

Pakistan trailing the serioes0-1 after their seven-wicket loss in the first test in Galle last Sunday, replaced fast bowler Mohammad Talha with Wahab Riaz.

Pakistan: Misbah-ul-Haq (captain), Ahmed Shehzad, Khurram Manzoor, Younis Khan, Azhar Ali, Asad Shafiq, Sarfraz Ahmed, Abdul Rehman, Saeed Ajmal, Wahab Riaz, Junaid Khan.
