Freiburg midfielder Cedrick Makiadi out indefinitely with knee injury
FREIBURG, Germany - Freiburg says midfielder Cedrick Makiadi will be out indefinitely with a knee injury,
Makiadi damaged ligaments in Saturday's 5-2 loss against Wolfsburg.
The Bundesliga club could not immediately say how long the defensive midfielder will be sidelined.
Makiadi is one of Freiburg's key players, and his absence will be a blow to the club's hopes of clinching a place in the Europa League next season.
