Montreal Impact adjust schedule for home game against Toronto FC next month

  • Print

MONTREAL - The Montreal Impact have rescheduled their Major League Soccer regular-season home game against Toronto FC early next month.

The Aug. 3 game at Stade Saputo will now be played Aug. 2.

The change comes a few days after another schedule adjustment was made. Montreal's CONCACAF Champions League game against Club Deportivo FAS (Salvador) was moved to Aug. 5 from Aug. 6 due to a FIFA U20 Women's World Cup game at Olympic Stadium.

The latest schedule change was made to allow sufficient rest between games, the Impact said Monday in a release.
