Nacional score late to draw 1-1 with San Lorenzo in opening leg of Copa Libertadores final

ASUNCION, Paraguay - Julio Santa Cruz scored in the last attacking movement of the match to earn host Nacional a 1-1 draw against San Lorenzo in Wednesday's opening leg of the Copa Libertadores final.

In the third and final minute of stoppage time, Santa Cruz received a pass at the top of the penalty area from Fredy Bareiro and equalized for the Paraguayan club.

Mauro Matos had scored for the Argentine visitors in the 65th minute.

The return leg will be played next Wednesday in Buenos Aires, with both clubs seeking their first title in Latin America's most prestigious club tournament.
