ATHENS, Greece - Panathinaikos won the Greek league playoffs for the second Champions League berth despite a 1-0 away loss to PAOK on Saturday.

Zvonimir Vukic scored for PAOK in the 57th minute.

In the other playoff game, Atromitos beat Asteras 3-1.

Panathinaikos won the six-game playoffs with one point more than PAOK. The latter had three points deducted for crowd trouble in a Greek Cup game against Olympiakos.

Atromitos finished third, four points behind Panathinaikos, beating Asteras on goal difference.

Panathinaikos joins Greek champion Olympiakos in next season's Champions League; Olympiakos goes directly to the group stage, while Panathinaikos plays in the third qualifying round.

The other three playoff participants will appear in the Europa League; PAOK in the playoff round, Atromitos and Asteras in the third and second qualifying rounds, respectively.
