Officials with the province and the Winnipeg Folk Festival are holding a press conference Monday morning at Birds Hill Provincial Park.

The 10:30 a.m. event with Premier Greg Selinger and the festival’s Carolyn Basha is to talk about a “multimillion-dollar plan to improve Birds Hill Provincial Park for Manitoba families,” a press release from the provincial government said today.
