Prepare for another plague of feral ponies, Wolseley. Gird your loins for another clown invasion, West Broadway.
The CityTV comedy series Sunnyside is rolling into town to shoot seven more episodes staring May 14.
Buffalo Gal Pictures producer Rhonda Baker confirms seven new episodes are being prepared. Technically, it's not the second season but a continuation of show's first season, Baker says. The first six episodes of the series already aired on CityTV in January and February and are available for viewing at CityTV.com.
Created by TV vets Dan Redican and Gary Pearson, the show is produced by Buffalo Gal and Toronto's Counterfeit Pictures.
The Toronto-culled core cast of Kathleen Phillips, Lauren Ash, Pat Thornton, Patrice Goodman, Alice Moran, Kevin Vidal and Rob Norman will all be returning to film episodes in Wolseley and West Broadway until the end of June, Baker says.
