Thin Air Week continues at the Winnipeg Free Press News Café today.

Author Monia Mazigh will stop by for an interview with Geoff Kirbyson at 2:30 p.m. to discuss her latest book, Hope & Despair, a story about her struggles to free her husband, Maher Arar, from a Syrian prison after he was deported on groundless claims of terrorism.

Mazigh is in town as part of the Thin Air writers’ festival.
