Courtney Lynn's mixed media series is inspired by the light of the north and the darkness born of lost loved ones. Her portraits embody particular archetypes that speak to each individual and touches each psyche in its own way. She believes everything happens for a reason, reasons based on universal values such as empowerment, courage, strength and belonging. These values remind us to be perpetually curious and forever open in our mindset
