Two Winnipeg restaurants have been named to a nationwide list of 100 best restaurants for foodies.
Open Table, the world's leading provider of online restaurant reservations, selected Cafe Carlo and Pizzeria Gusto to their list, which is based on the combined opinions of more than 300,000 reviews from Open Table diners, who visited more than 1,800 eateries across Canada between Aug. 1, 2015 and July 31, 2016, a press release says.
Ontario had the most restaurants on the list, with 45, while Alberta had 22 and B.C. and Quebec with 14 each. Manitoba has the two Winnipeg restaurants while Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland and Labrador have one each.
