Hey there, time traveller!

Jodian Self isn't sure where her next adventure will take her.
So far, she's done pretty much everything under the sun. Football, rugby, mountain climbing, professional bodybuilding -- you name it, Self has likely tried it and, ultimately, succeeded in it.
"I have what you would call an eclectic background in sports," Self said.
Self, a mother of two, taught physical education in the Winnipeg school system for 20 years. She left that a few years ago to pursue a life of helping others with their nutrition goals.
"If you don't feed the body the right nutrition, you are never going to see the results you want," Self said.
That's what Self, 47, tells her clients as a part of her practice as a nutritionist. She targets three main areas: diet, stress and the heavy load people are under.
"For some people, they go to the gym and they try so hard, but never get the results that they want," she said. "That's because they aren't dealing with all areas of nutrition.
"The proof is in the pudding. When you put 'superfoods' in your body, the body heals, the body grows and the body performs."
Self's latest foray has been in professional bodybuilding -- she just received her pro card in June at an all-natural event. She says it's easy to get into the mindset of a bodybuilder and tries to instruct her clients on how to do the same thing.
"When it comes to figure (bodybuilding) competing, I'm dialed in completely. I've set a goal," she said. "The reason I find it easy is because I tell myself it will be. When people say you have such a restrictive diet I say, 'No, I have a disciplined eating plan.'
"My thoughts, my habits are about creating an identity for success and that's what I continually do for my clients and myself. Being disciplined. Planning out what I want to do and then go do it. It's about creating success."
Self says she's not sure when she'll compete again. She wouldn't be who she is if she wasn't thinking about what's next.
"I think I'm going to do some yoga and get on my bike again," Self said. "I think the next thing I delve into will be something a little more rugged and sweaty instead of something pretty and blingy, if that makes sense."
Favourite workout:
A bike circuit -- high-intensity interval training, where you're always throwing something else in such as mountain climbers, pushups, burpees so you're on the bike, off the bike.
Favourite workout song:
Anything by AC/DC.
Fitness tip:
Find something you enjoy, or find someone who is doing what you want to do and follow them. For someone at the gym not seeing the results, find someone who looks the way you want to.
What's in your fridge:
Lots of chicken breasts -- trays of it. Big container of brown rice and another of oatmeal. Once in a while there's a salad already made or quinoa already cooked.
Guilty pleasure:
Chocolate. If I was to have a desert, it would be chocolate something over pie or ice cream.
