MIAMI – The NHL will not be reviewing the hit Flordia Panthers winger Jack Skille put on Jets defenceman Tobias Enstrom on Monday night.
Skille hit Enstrom with his shoulder, striking the Jets blueliner in the side of the head.
The NHL said Tuesday the hit will not be reviewed.
Skille was not penalized on the play and Enstrom did not return to the game.
Coach Claude Noel called Enstrom day-to-day after the game.
