WINNIPEG — RCMP already pulled a Hummer out of the Red River and now they’ve recovered another SUV.
The unusual saga began Wednesday morning when reports came that a truck had been pushed into the river from the Main Street boat launch at the North Perimeter.
A boat search couldn’t locate the truck, so RCMP sent a dive team to scour the river. Instead of the SUV, divers found an H2 Hummer reported stolen in 2008.

But Thursday night, divers finally located the SUV, a 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer recently stolen from Winnipeg.
