Occupants were pepper sprayed, including young children, when their residence on the 300 block of Salter Street was broken into early Saturday morning.
Six people entered the residence after 3 a.m. and pepper sprayed and threatened people there. Four adults, one youth and one infant were transported to the hospital where they were treated for the ingestion of the spray and released.
Just before 2 a.m., a lone male with a handgun robbed the Lincoln Motor Hotel vendor in the 1000 block of McPhillips Street. The man made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.
And just after 2 a.m., a 19-year-old woman suffered multiple stab wounds to her upper body in the 500 block of Osborne.
The woman was taken to hospital where her condition was upgraded to stable.
And a 40-year-old man was stabbed in an altercation with a female known to him in the 800 block of College Avenue just before 5 a.m.
He was transported to the hospital where he remains in stable condition. The female suspect is in custody.
