A man was taken to hospital in stable condition after he was shot along the riverbank near the Disraeli Bridge early today.
The 52-year-old victim told police he heard shots and then realized he had been hit. The man made his way to the Salvation Army’s Henry Avenue location, and a staff member called police at about 2:30 a.m.
The man was transported to hospital in stable condition.
