A clean-up has begun after two trucks hauling diesel fuel rolled on their sides and began spilling fuel into a river at Norway House on Wednesday.
Norway House RCMP said a semi-trailer rolled onto its side and began leaking fuel at Provincial Road 383 near the Ross Island ferry crossing at the entrance of Norway House at about 8:20 a.m.
RCMP said shortly after two more trucks hauling diesel fuel also fell on their sides, but only one of the trucks started leaking fuel.
The road was closed for part of the day and the fuel clean-up has started while RCMP and the province investigate.
