Louis Riel School Division trustee candidate Candace Maxymowich says abstinence is the only acceptable part of sex education.

But, the 20-year-old also said today that’s a personal belief and she won’t push for changes in sex ed if she’s elected to a board seat Oct. 22.

The Twitterverse has been all a-twitter today over Maxymowich’s declaration that she is the candidate defending parental rights and supporting the moral integrity of children.

She also gave a Twitter shoutout to two prominent anti-abortion organizations.
