Where: 1300 block of Sargent Avenue

A woman entered a grocery store, filled up a cart with groceries and then pushed it near the front of the store, leaving it somewhat concealed. She then walked out, and a second woman, working with the first woman, entered the store and retrieved the loaded cart. She was stopped by store security and immediately fled on foot, leaving the cart behind.


When: July 3

Where: 500 block of Dufferin Avenue

A man entered an auto body shop and, finding no one at the front counter, slipped behind the counter and took an iPhone 5 and walked out the front door. The same man is also responsible for similar thefts in the area.
