Meet Jerry! He’s looking for a place to call home.
Hi there! My name is Jerry.
I love people and always want your attention. I am good with both cats and dogs but a slow introduction is always a good idea.
I am currently staying in a place where I have lots of time with other dog — at a doggy daycare. I play really well with all the dogs, even when they are a bit rougher than I am. I am pretty lucky to have all this practice socializing with other dogs!
I am house-trained and kennel-trained. I have done well in a kennel for short intervals as well as full nights. Sometimes I go inside my kennel on my own, as it’s a nice safe spot for me to chill out in if I’m a bit too excited.
I can be a bit ‘toothy’ when I get excited or anxious but I have never actually bitten or clamped down. This is a time when I need a little break. Kids may find my play-style a bit too much, so it’s best if I’m with dog-savvy older kids. Kids over 10 years old are best for me.
Are you looking for a playful loveable boy? I’m your guy.
